About AjjaFood NL

Welcome to AjjaFood NL. We are a food ordering app and software platform. We provide our software and app to restaurants and fast-food establishments. We do not prepare or deliver any food. All food preparation and delivery is handled by the individual restaurants and fast-food vendors.

Addressing Issues with Your Order

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact the restaurant or vendor where you placed your order directly. They are responsible for fulfilling your purchase.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with the vendor, you may contact us via email. Please include your order number and a clear description of your complaint. We will do our best to assist you, however the final decision rests with the restaurant or vendor.

Payment and Refunds

In most cases, you will pay your bill directly to the restaurant. If you have a complaint, please contact the vendor first. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may contact your bank to request a chargeback or refund.

If you have paid via a credit or debit card through our payment provider (Stripe or PayPal), please email us with your refund request. We will process this on your behalf.
